Associate Video Editor
Junior seat on the edit bench. You'll work inside timelines the lead sets, ship social cuts, prep assemblies, and grow into full films - not wedding montages for your cousin.
what you'll do
- →Assemble rough cuts from briefs, selects, and director notes
- →Deliver Reels, YouTube cuts, and case study edits on tight deadlines
- →Keep projects organised - proxies, exports, version names the team can read
- →Support grade prep, sound sync, and export specs across clients
who we're looking for
- →0–2 years in brand, content, or narrative editing (student work counts if it's real)
- →Rhythm and restraint - you know when not to cut
- →Comfort taking direct feedback without defending every frame
- →Basic colour and audio hygiene; motion curiosity is a plus
